English Teaching Assistants

The English without Borders’ English Teaching Assistants (ETA) give support to UFSC students and members of the university community in learning and improving their English skills. As auxiliary teachers, they bring adequate lessons to the classroom and help students. In addition, they run two conversation groups: one designed for students who wish to practice their grammar skills and the other for students who want to develop fluency.
The Teaching Assistants also prepare and deliver workshops on cultural aspects of the United States and on the requirements and necessary skills to go on exchange in a western country.

The ETA team is composed by: Aziza Baker, Kathryn Crenshaw and Sophie Lazare.
