The main goal of the Languages without Borders – English program is to promote the learning of the English language, as well as to enable a broad, structural change in the teaching of foreign languages in Brazilian universities.
The program was designed to provide Brazilian students with opportunities of access to foreign universities where education is taught fully or partially in English. In this sense, it also impacts the Brazilian university communities, as the number of international students and professors on their campuses increase.
