MEO – My English Online: Registration Open!

My English Online (MEO) is an online course based on the MyELT language learning platform, which offers a complete set of interactive activities for you to learn English at any time and at any place.

In My English Online, you have access to interactive books, graduated readings (from National Geographic), grammar exercises with immediate feedback, besides dictionaries, oral practice activities and follow-up tests. All this in 5 different learning levels that contain quality materials, e-books and videos to complement your studies.

Who can participate?

• Undergraduate students from public higher education institutions;

• Undergraduate students from private higher education institutions, provided that they have obtained more than 600 points in the National High School Exam (ENEM) from 2009 on;

• Graduate students enrolled in Master’s and Doctoral programs recommended by the Ministry of Education’s Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES).

It is important to notice that MEO is now the means of evaluation to enroll in the face-to-face courses, but anyone who has previously taken the TOEFL can also use it for this purpose.

TOEFL Reschedule (19/11)

As informed previsoulsy, the exam which would have happened on 19/11, was rescheduled for 3/11, this saturday.

The classrooms and schedules will still be the same, and they can be seen on > http://isfaluno.mec.gov.br/

Registrations for the TOEFL ITP test taking place next Saturday are open until 5 October

TOEFL ITP Registrations for the TOEFL ITP test that will take place on 08 October, at 9:30 am, are open until next Wednesday. Those interested in taking the test must access the Languages without Borders website to register.

Test scores must be check online between 30 and 60 days after the test is taken, and the certificates will be available in the English without Borders’ office at UFSC. Participants will be informed as soon as the certificates are made available, usually between 60 and 90 days after the test.
